I've been a successful practicing Real Estate Broker for more than 20 years, but that hasn't always been the case. Before finding my niche, I worked as a technician at a call center. On my way to success, I noticed that successful people are those who pick up new trends faster and adjust with changes more willingly. They see an opportunity everywhere.
What Do Successful Agents Do That Others Don't?
In these times, that we call slump, a few exceptional agents manage to sell more houses than their colleagues. They use techniques like posting internet ads, creating links back to their websites and above all, respond promptly to online inquiries. Their success at turning online client inquiries to consequential sales is irrefutable. They have the same information that we all have, but are online sharing this information with buyers and sellers.
The Colossal Epiphany
One morning, I had an epiphany. America's homebuyers and sellers were online, wanting instant information. Some agents are online, giving instant information? Why can't all agents in America be online giving instant information too? Live, and in real time. I combined my previous experience as a technician to my present profession as a real estate agent, and that is how American Agent Online was born.
