The market is barely tricking for most people in Ventura California! A small percentage of people are doing quite well working short sales and going after every buyer lead they can find! What are you doing in your market to survive the biggest recession since the great depression?

Price on first zip code!

Why did you price the first zip code at $9.95? It used to be free!

First of all, the price only applies to new signups. If you are already signed up you will not be charged. It became apparent to me that in order to get the best advertising we needed to raise some capital. Google, Yahoo, newspapers, magazines and just about every form of advertising costs money. In order to bring more Internet users to our website we are going to have to use more than just word of mouth and Internet viral marketing. We have however, already spent a great deal of money and time in getting where we are now and need more of a push.

Another issue is that many agents have signed up for our website’s unique service and have not been using it as it was intended. We are a “live” web-chat platform that allows Internet users that are looking for a home or a realtor to actually find and chat with an agent in real-time. We have had approximately 4,000 visitors to the website in the last 2 months looking to chat with agents.

Some agents have just expected the Internet public to email them if they were not online. That is very unlikely to happen. People want instant gratification nowadays. They want instant answers. So, in order to give agents that want to use our service a chance, we are going to start to remove agents that have never logged on or have not logged on for some time. Thank you.

SEE YOU ONLINE!

American Agent Online is moving forward despite the slower economy. We are scheduling broker office meeting presentations in the Ventura area. We feel that a real estate agent has to do everything possible in todays market to attract new clients and our chat website is on the cutting edge. We are hoping to get at least 500 new agents signed up and logged onto our website in the next few weeks. Stay tuned to updates! Richard Brazi - President & CEO...
