What's everyone doing out their to get the buyers to your property instead of someone elses. This market call for inovative ideas . I recently started working with a Lender and we
are trying to get people qualified for abatement
programs that will allow the seller to offer payment incentives to the buyers up front. What are some of the things others are doing ? I'd love to hear. |

| One way that one of the agents from our company finds buyers is by utilizing free online advertising such as craigslist. In her ads she places hyperlinks that lead back to her website. She creates these ads a couple of times per day so that they keep appearing on the top of the searched pages. She seems to find qualified buyers when many of us can't! |
