Brainstorming late at night, tirelessly solving problems, holding the hands of agents & clients, Richard H. Brazil, Jr. wears many hats; Broker, Agent, Businessman, Mentor... Inventor.  Being a part of the Real Estate Industry for 20 years, and the Broker/Owner of Millennium One Realty - a Southern California boutique Brokerage, Brazil has seen technology evolve and grow exponentially over the years.

During his time in the business Richard has witnessed real estate agents sitting floor duty at their offices waiting for the phones to ring as well as making cold calls. This rarely happens these days due to the Internet and new calling laws. Our buyers and sellers now have a means of getting all the information they need by just clicking a mouse!

Real estate agents think they are online by having websites, pretty balloons floating around cyberspace. Are we really online he asked?  American Agent Online actually puts the real estate agent online with the Internet user in real-time.

Before finding his niche in real estate, Richard worked for the largest phone company in the world holding positions like 911 lead technician and ADSL system administrator. It was there where Richard grasped the importance of availability to instant information for clients and understood the gratification factor. Hence, he applied this logic to American Agent Online.

One morning, Richard Brazil found himself with a colossal epiphany on his hands:  America’s homebuyers & sellers were online, wanting instant information.  Few Agents were online, giving instant information… Why couldn’t all the Agents in America be online giving instant information too – only Live, in real time?

The new age of Realtor/Client Live Chat Technology was born.  The idea of locating a real estate agent native to an area, to get instant, anonymous information, and “chat” in real time, 24 hours a day – had arrived. 

Richard H. Brazil filed a patent, and founded the “American Agent Online Corporation” in early April 2007.
